This is a single chrysanthemum from a bouquet that my wife was given recently. This and other flowers, were taken as they were dying and becoming brown and brittle. Dying flowers are more photogenic, I think anyway!

As usual, I've kept any manipulation to a minimum

Petals show that one doesn't need colours in flower photography and something I will experiment from now as MAY are around but we still have some of April's rain as allows us to see the textures. Posted: 05/09/2025 04:41:33
