May 2025 - Yosemite - Falls Up Close

About the Image(s)

I visited Yosemite National Park - a true National Treasure - and we were greeted with cold weather (i.e. gloves, hats, etc) and not a lot of tourists -- Heaven !! If you haven't been there, it's wonderful and worth a visit - in early spring or late fall or even in winter !
This is a run-off of one of the waterfalls there, and I used my Nikon D7500 with an 18-400 zoom lens and a Variable Neutral Density Filter so I shot it at 25 seconds at 52 mm. F 14, ISO 200.
It was a wonderful trip and I was so proud of John Muir and Teddy Roosevelt - pictured together in one of the buildings there - who fought to make it a National Park.
