About the Image(s)
Took this image at our Camera Club workshop. Use my Sony R5 with a tripod. 90mm macro lens, ISO100, F22, SS 1/125.
In Photoshop, I removed some blemishes and
resized the canvas. I did a Levels Adjustment. Looking forwards to your comments.
They are always appreciated.

This is quite lovely; do you know what kind of flower it is?
The background compliments the flower quite a lot. Nicely done, as always !   Posted: 03/13/2025 00:39:09

Hello Donna, I am glad you liked my image. I picked the Alstroemerias ( Peruvian lilies) on the reduced table at our grocery store... The flower selection was very limited so I was happy to find them on sale.   Posted: 03/13/2025 16:22:03
It is clear what your chosen genre is Diana. You have produced yet another beautiful flower image with sharp focus and beautiful blurred and complementary background.
We have these flowers on the other side of the world too but like Donna, I do not know what it is.   Posted: 03/13/2025 04:03:20

Hello Meredith, thank you for your positive comments. I am glad you like the Alstroemeria. It is also called Peruvian Lily. The flowers last for a couple of weeks.   Posted: 03/13/2025 16:28:16
Beautiful capture. The background really compliments the colors of the flower. Fantastic detail!   Posted: 03/18/2025 13:28:55
A very harmonious image - what comes across immediately is how the background color palette complements the colors of the flower! Other than the very back edges of the flower being slightly soft, I see no other technical flaws.   Posted: 03/20/2025 18:58:34
Beautiful image of the flower. The detail and colors are great.   Posted: 03/28/2025 16:18:41
