I want to get excited about this bridge and the location Rich but it needs something more I think.
From your images over the months, it is clear you travel a lot and it isn't always easy to get the right light, a great angle and a view which arrests the viewer's attention.
This one is a little soft in focus and there is much in it to distract the viewer from the bridge itself.
I do like the building at the end of the bridge which has the bridge as the leading line to it. By cropping the bottom quarter and right hand quarter (approximately) of the image you may create a stronger image of the bridge and the city on the other side.   Posted: 01/15/2025 09:01:30

Hi Rich, I agree with Meredith's comments. Do you use Photoshop? There's so much you could do with your images that would make them nicer to look at.
I took your image into Photoshop, cropped, eliminated distractions, increased contrast, and I think it makes it a stronger image. I also put in a sky replacement.
So do you want your images to be "documentary" in nature or do you want to show the beauty of a cityscape? There are lots of tutorials on youtube.com on how to do this. I guess that's something you would need to decide for yourself.   Posted: 01/15/2025 22:01:42

Yes I like your version. I have not done much in PS, so far. LR has enough for most pics. I will check out PS tube. Thanks.I am usually under the gun to get them submitted so no time to do a lot of improvements.   Posted: 01/15/2025 23:03:32
