About the Image(s)
Back in October, I toured Iceland with 2 other members from our camera club. We were part of a guided tour run by Arctic Adventures along the island Ring Road in a van with 15 other people. A high point of the trip was the Jokulsarlon Glacier lagoon in southern Iceland, where icebergs would calve off the main Breiðamerkurjökull glacier. I photographed this image with my iPhone 13 Pro Max at 9mm, f/2.8, 1/800 sec. In Lightroom, I adjusted Exposure and increased Clarity and Vibrance. In Photoshop, I cropped the image.

Really nice !!! I've tried photographing those icebergs and it's hard to get them with a good background. I think your composition, exposure, lighting, are really good. I really like this image.
Nice job !!!

A fascinating place, Iceland where I have not yet been. You are fortunate indeed and the image captures well the size and dominance of these ice formations. It may be worth trying a mild vignette to make the lighter three front icebergs more dramatic in their stark surroundings.   Posted: 12/15/2024 06:34:52

Nice image. I would have liked to see more emphasis on the middle iceberg. The one on the left is perhaps too prominent.   Posted: 12/18/2024 01:58:21

Great shot of the icebergs. They are really sharp with the Iphone. Last year I just took my Iphone on a trip to MX.   Posted: 12/20/2024 18:42:59

Mark, very nice image. I might say that the iceberg in the foreground is a little much but overall a very nice capture.
