About the Image(s)
This photo was taken at the Georgetown, Tx, annual Photo Festival. Three young models participated in a "Photo Walk" around the downtown area.
Post-processing was initially started in LR with auto setting and the crop tool.
Additionally, I used Topez Photo AI and PS to add a little saturation.

I like your processing. You have brought out the colours very well. Although this is a portrait your canvas size is more landscape. I would prefer to see the canvas to be either square or portrait. I am quite happy with her hair being limited at the top but I would extend the bottom of the frame to make it either square or portrait. For me her hair is covering too much of her face.   Posted: 04/07/2025 14:38:40
Thanks David, I will work on the frame.   Posted: 04/17/2025 15:19:32
This is a bold, moody portrait that leans into texture and emotion. It doesn't rely on perfection but on feel-and that works. With a slightly cleaner background, it would elevate to something quite stunning and editorial. You might also try tiny bit more sharpness/light on the right eye.

Thanks Sophia, I worked on her left eye a little (actually added the catch light) but I will work on her right eye and the background.   Posted: 04/17/2025 15:16:13
Super portrait. Its unconventional so something to celebrate. I don't mind the face being largely obscured: I know some photographers go further and cover their models with translucent fabric. I think it makes a statement.   Posted: 04/09/2025 04:27:39
