About the Image(s)
For about a month, I went out every night to learn how to take a decent photo of the moon, and so far, this is one of my best captures. Taken with an ISO of 100, an 800mm focal length, f/22 aperture, and a shutter speed of 1/15s, this image highlights the intricate details of the moon’s craters and surface texture. The sharp contrast against the deep black sky emphasizes the moon’s ethereal beauty and makes it stand out as the focal point of the photo.

Keisha, nice job in taking the photo and processing it. It is very sharp and the detail is fantastic. I truly don't have any comments for improvements.   Posted: 01/04/2025 01:45:59

Hi Keisha Great image with strong contrast especially around the I don't know if the remaining area could be improved eg with increased "Texture" in Lightroom...it might bring up more contrast there.   Posted: 01/04/2025 03:35:21

You have captured amazing detail. I didn't realise you could get such a good image at 800mm. I think having a half moon is better than a full moon. I would be interested to see a quarter moon that you have taken.   Posted: 01/04/2025 14:41:29
