How I did it??”I arranged a Club outing to experience a tour of J.C. Newman Cigar Co. located in Ybor City last August. Not only was the tour very interesting but we had unrestricted access to the employees preparing, rolling, and boxing the cigars. During lunch, several members approached me and stated this outing was one of the best they have attended. That prompted me to contact some folks at PSA, that oversee publishing articles for the Journal. If all goes well, it will be published in March or April 2026. One of my favorite images of the outing is “Eyeing his charges-Newman Cigar Co” Tools for the day, OM 1 Mark 11body and a 12-40mm f2.8 lens. My settings were Auto ISO, f4 @ 1/30th of a second P.P. slight crop, boosted saturation a tad, reduced noise and sharpened.
