About the Image(s)
Earlier in April I made my first visit to the Alligator Farm in St. Augustine, FL. One day after Isaac as it turns out. After finishing at the rookery I set up my camera on a tripod on the east end of the Bridge of Lions. As I did last fall I shoot a series of manual triggered images of the cars going in both directions. This image was shot at ISO 100, 24mm focal length on a prime lens, at f/18 for 30 seconds.
In post after basic LR adjusts I specifically chose each color in the night sky (except the blue) and added some saturation. I cropped to remove distractions at the edges of the image, eliminated a small amount of white light where a car's headlights momentarily shown directly at the lens.
I finished my post work in PS using DxO Color Efex Tonal Contrast. I sharpened in Topaz II.
