Our camera clubb had an indoor shoot and I tried my skills at some bubble photography.It was photographed with my Olympus OM1 MKII and a 60 mm macro lens.
Pretty much straight forward processing. I had to use some Photoshop Generative fill and removal tools to clean up the image.

Bill, great result of oil drops on water with a rainbow background and well illuminated. Each drop acts a a camera lens with an inverted image (Original pin hole camera boxes). Sharp and colorful. Posted: 03/06/2025 13:12:40
Really creative from my perspective. I wish that our local Ft. Myers camera club would try something like this. Very colorful and the different sized bubbles, for me, make it more unique. Something different! Creative setup and well taken. The bubbles get larger as they come nearer which creates the impression of movement towards us. The lens effect of each bubble adds interest. Posted: 03/11/2025 05:34:22

This sounds like a fun evening at your camera club we have had similar events over the years at our club but never with bubbles I must suggest that.
Such a creative image as Guy said the bubbles appear to be moving top to bottom because of the size and the coloured stripes as the backdrop moving left to right contrast beuatifully but it all sits so comfortable together.
