This hibiscus is in the courtyard of my apartment building. The pink color attracted me, also that you could see the entire flower. Usually leaves are in the way. Did some cropping and darkened brightest pink slightly. Taken with my iphone 14 pro max.

I like the vibrant pink tones and how that deep red center draws the eye right to the stamen. The delicate veining on the petals and contrast against the dark green leaves look incredible. The highlights near the upper left petals are just slightly bright, but the focus and detail are fantastic. Posted: 08/18/2026 07:00:16
The color of the petals is complimented nicely by the green of the foliage. The detail that shown in your subject is great. You might have increase the saturation in the green or even used slight vignette to darken the leaves help draw the eye to your subject. Posted: 08/18/2026 12:20:09
I think because it was taken in the shade the colors are well saturated. The stamen is just a bit off center which I think adds a little dynamic element. Posted: 08/19/2026 16:30:26
