About the Image(s)
I took this image on a street photography workshop in Melbourne Australia. The original image is included. What I was trying to do was to split the image into two segments using the door frame and capture a pedestrian in each segment. I took many images of pedestrians going by. What luck when I had an Indian couple one of each in each segment, and the lady carrying her shoes. The camera settings were – 1/60 sec, F/13, ISO 2000, using a 24-70mm f2.8g lens at 28mm. The main change was shadows, cropping, and I also sharpened the image.

What a fun image! I especially like the woman walking barefoot. The railing on the bottom left is distracting but I wouldn't want to crop it out and lose the artists' images. I'm not sure how I'd handle it.   Posted: 05/06/2022 08:22:43
Thanks for your comments - I also did not want to crop it out   Posted: 05/15/2022 06:42:07
If the railing was a real annoyance you could handle it in PS but it may not be worth the effort in the long run.   Posted: 05/16/2022 08:12:46
Great street shot that tells a story. Don't change a thing. The man has you nailed and it does not matter.   Posted: 05/06/2022 17:02:53

Hi Ian, really like the image and I agree with the other positive comments. I don't mind being "made" as long as it doesn't result in a posed image.   Posted: 05/16/2022 08:14:03
Very cool capture. Love the different dimensions. So many different angles. Nice Job Ian!   Posted: 05/18/2022 19:13:36
