Subject: Geese flying under an October Moon in the afternoon.
Camera: Canon EOS R Mirrorless
Lens: Sigma 150-600mm w 1.4 Teleconverter
Focal Length: 247mm
ISO: 1600
SS: 1/640th Sec.
Aperture: f20
Purposely underexposed by 2 stops to contain the whites in the geese, the Moon & the Sky
Editing:
Balanced the three bright elements with the blacks in the birds to make sure I had detail up and down the scale.
Ran the image through Topaz to keep sharpness and eliminate any noise.

Picture perfect.

I was shooting something in the shade on the water.

Pair of birds is nice image. I think the moon and its position is a distraction and does not add to the image. Nice idea but the execution did not work for me. Birds seem sharp   Posted: 11/12/2023 21:04:12

Nice sharp image, with balanced exposure keeping all details intact. But I would have preferred the birds capturing while the moon at RHS top corner. Of course I know it is not easy, but just wished for   Posted: 11/16/2023 09:10:00
