October 2021 - Egret with Dragonfly

I was out to the San Jacinto Wildlife Area last week. A bit early for the migratory bird that show up but wanted to get out.
This is a shot of an egret with a dragonfly in his bill. I asked him to turn for a better shot but he was fairly indifferent to my request.
Nikon Z6-2 with an 80-400mm lens at 360mm, f5.6 at 1/1000 second. Stopped down the EV by 2/3 stop to help compensate for the white of the egret.
