Nice image - I like the bright rays of sunshine poking through the clouds. Can't tell if the storm is coming or going. I do wish there was a bit more interest in the foreground. Not something you can easily choose or manipulate.   Posted: 11/05/2023 10:47:48

Steven, Thanks for your comments. I decided to leave the ground as it is because I tired to brighten it and didn't like it.   Posted: 11/17/2023 10:14:33

I love skies like this Ruth, very nice! As the sky is the point of interest, I think you handled the ground well, just a small amount, with little detail, keeps us focused on the storm clouds and the sun rays.   Posted: 11/07/2023 05:26:25

Hi Ruth,
In this image, you have used the cloudy days to your advantage! I like the way you captured the sunrays peek out from those stormy clouds. It gives me the feeling that "after the storm the sun will shine again"
I can see that the composition of your photo is focusing on the dramatic sky. I'd suggest to do a simple B&W conversion to add more impact to your photo that tellsa story! Nice shot!   Posted: 11/27/2023 23:30:29

You captured those "God rays" coming down from the clouds very well and they set off the dark clouds very well. This would even look nice in black and white, since it's nearly there.   Posted: 11/30/2023 12:03:54
