About the Image(s)

I took this cityscape from a hotel room window, no adjustments. I liked the diagonal served by the red tail lights. It's amazing how much bigger the cities are in Asia!

The composition with the red tail lights draws the eyes into the image. Good detail in the city scape and the lovely skyline is a plus.   Posted: 06/08/2021 09:18:43

What a skyline, and traffic! Love the image, the red diagonal and sunset. It's amazing that this is through thick, and surely pollution-covered windows. About editing, take it as far as you can. Tiny things personally distract me- blue sign on left and bright light in the building to right. I'd crop or remove the light but you might need to leave the sign. The shadow (from a reflection) on lower right can be brushed or dodged/burned, and I think adjusting the lighting and increasing the saturation will make this pop!   Posted: 06/08/2021 09:47:57

You did a nice job to capture the city scene at twilight via the hotel window. I visited Bangkok twice before. Bangkok is rated the second most polluted province in Thailand, and I am glad that the hotel window is clean enough for you to capture this scene. The cars' red tail lights in a diagonal line lead the viewers to the skyline in the further distance. The cloudy sky is also beautiful for the scene. I'd prefer to sharpen a bit more.   Posted: 06/10/2021 13:54:08

Unlike some of the others, I have to say I actually like the spots of colored light sprinkled around the shot, as they are fairly evenly-distributed: the blue in the window straight ahead gives my eye a place to pause from the expanse of dark buildings, as does the one lit up room on the right side and the Bangkok signage and sunlit roof tile on the left.
It's a nice soft sunset with a hint of clouds, a fleeting moment at a magical time of evening.   Posted: 06/21/2021 14:19:06
