About the Image(s)
The photo was taken in Coudersport, Pennsylvania on July 14, 2023.
We were at at the annual “Eliot Ness Festival”. This house was under construction by students as a work project. The windows had been replaced and made a nice contrast to the old non renovated part of the building. I like that you can see a bird in flight between the two tops the building and that even on this building the two “Stars and Stripes” are flying.

A very unusual looking house!!! There looks to be quite a lot more to be done to it?
I like the way you have cropped in and also got rid of the red roof on the left hand side. Very convenient that the bird happened to fly in just as you click the shutter!!
Well done.   Posted: 09/01/2023 10:46:30

Your cropping and removing distractions make this image work. My only suggestion is to crop from the bottom to remove the road and sidewalk. Well done!   Posted: 09/02/2023 09:18:42

What an interesting old house! The renovation will really bring to life this beautiful architecture! I like how you removed the red roof and side buildings. It also seems that you lightened that one cloud, which I think helped! Lucky you that the bird flew in! What a great addition! Great shot!

Well done with the cloning. I like the house drama. I suggest leaving more sky on top and cropping up from the bottom into the grass as I find the street unnecessary for the story of the house and a bit distracting to me.   Posted: 09/10/2023 08:48:38
