About the Image(s)

The final image consists of 5 focus stacked images, all shot with Canon R5, 100 mm macro at f/2.8. I manually refocused each image. With the focus peaking feature of the camera it was relatively easy to see the area of the flower which was focused for each image. In Lightroom, I brought down highlights, increased shadows, upped the whites a tad, lowered blacks, increased clarity and sharpness.

A lovely image and very well composed. I like the colour pallette which looks very natural. Lovely and sharp thanks to the focus stacking something I am doing a lot of recently.
Not too sure that I like the lines in the background though I suspect you have chosen it to correspond with the lines of the carpet (?) that the vase is set on.
Great image, well done.   Posted: 01/02/2022 09:54:45

Cheryl, you did a great job on focus, and the post processing of the colors is excellent. It pops. Well created and seen.   Posted: 01/06/2022 07:47:00

Once & I think it worked very well. It's just been so long that I have to read the instructions again!   Posted: 01/14/2022 13:49:51
