The image was a reflection (in a pond) of a neighborhood house around sunset. I liked the patterns in the water and wanted to brighten them up in Lightroom.
I cropped, used Camera Artistic Profile 01, made the image lighter, and increased the saturation, texture, and contrast.

Hi Freddie, Both interpretations work for me. Obviously, one is much more peaceful than the other. The difference is between colors of the natural landscape and forest fires (California?). I like both the original, as crisped by Judith, and your final version. I could find a place for each in an office. The original in my office, and the final behind me in a conference room for the same reason I used to wear dominant ties when negotiating. Posted: 10/29/2024 16:45:18
