Hi Judy, You have assembled quite a collection of various flowers, colors and textures for this picture. To me the large flower (Hydrangea) to the bottom right rather dominates the scene; I would consider cropping some of the bottom the the frame as the picture would have a better proportion overall.   Posted: 09/05/2023 01:17:37

I'm in agreement with Murphy. I think the overall image would improve with a slightly tighter crop. Maybe to the bottom of the green on the left. I also like the main focus drawn to the lower right to upper left images. Very nice. Camera phones blow me away. Have you tried PicsArt?   Posted: 09/05/2023 17:50:38

I like the rose/hydrangea combo Judy, I would never have considered putting these two species in an image, very creative. To me the background is the distraction and could be darkened. I like the crop as is though.   Posted: 09/06/2023 13:34:29

Judy, Good going with your iPhone but I agree on maybe doing a tighter crop - for me both on the left and the top with the hydrangea and the red. rose being the focus of attention. This is one of the reasons having a good cell phone is fun - just pulling it out when there is something photogenic. Ray   Posted: 09/06/2023 20:56:09

The background flowers act as distractions. The flower at the bottom right dominates the scene. Rearranging the flowers or cropping the bottom right would improve the image.   Posted: 09/09/2023 11:45:20

Nice idea I like it. Something new.
I think you should have tried try have more flowers. It is empty (no flower) in the lower left corner and upper tight. An alternative, as written, is to crop a little.
Not easy to have all the flowers in the same plan, for the DoF.   Posted: 09/17/2023 14:23:54
