About the Image(s)
As "usual" some tests (June in the morning) in the garden with the macro lens.
1/400, f/14, ISO 1600 (to have speed) at 105 mm (FF).
Processed in LR: cropped, decreased the highlight. Increased the texture, clarity and dehaze. No mask for the background.

Hi Vincent: An interesting flower with the bee as another point of interest.
The cloning out of items in the scene that did not add anything made a lot of difference in the overall success of the picture.
The light green well out of focus background supports the flower well, if you wanted to experiment you could darken down the background slightly. This would be a matter of personal taste.   Posted: 10/06/2024 05:24:44

Nice composition and use of complimentary colors for the background and subject.   Posted: 10/09/2024 22:04:22

Vincent, you did well with the crop as you managed to avoid including not needed "stuff" plus you cloned out the plant at the upper right. I like the color palate and the bee adds a point of interest. To me, there needs to be a little more room on the left side (as we look at the image) to balance the image. Hi Vincent: In viewing the picture a second time I would reverse or flip the picture so the flower was on the right side of the frame. From a composition stand point think this would work.   Posted: 10/10/2024 15:02:02

The removal of distractions really improve the image. You made good use of complimentary colours. And the main subjects are sharp.   Posted: 10/15/2024 12:52:09
