About the Image(s)
This is captured in the coast at full moon.
I tried BW conversion if it enhances the story.
Is this boring image for you?
Let me know what you think.

Haru - not boring!!!!! A great interest is created with the jagged lines of the 2 rocks - up-down-up! The mono brought out the detail in the moon - the color image could never do that! But the calm feeling from the water - with less movement than the color version - is the best! Truly peaceful. One thing the color has that the mono is missing is the gradiant of the sky - the pink color changes in the 1st image, and I think if you applied a tiny gradiant in grey tones to the mono, it would make the picture perfect. This may be my favorite of your images yet ! -Melissa   Posted: 11/06/2023 20:23:43

Haru - I just viewed you image for about the 10th time. I really think it is my FAVORITE one so far. It is just breath-taking. Thank you so much for posting it! -   Posted: 11/27/2023 20:44:24
Very Strong Geometry (triangles) Haru and agreed-not boring. I agree with Melissa in terms of having the sky tones more of a gradient like the color image. Personally I would like to see more from this location, especially on the right.
The other feature of your image that I like is a theme I've played with and that is "tenacity of life". I mean you have foliage growing "out of the rock" on the left!   Posted: 11/07/2023 15:45:08

Thank you, Ed for your comments. You found another theme, which is very helpful for me.   Posted: 11/14/2023 17:53:00
I agree with Melissa and Ed! Not boring, but would benefit from a linear gradient in the sky. This image is very peaceful. A gorgeous capture!   Posted: 11/08/2023 14:11:26

I like the mood set by the image and I don't think I would make any changes to what you have presented.   Posted: 11/20/2023 16:55:36
I love the image and really love the detail you have held in the moon. I would possibly bring a little more contrast out in the rocks but until it is done it's hard to know if it would improve the image or not. Yet again a really strong image.   Posted: 11/25/2023 14:21:20
