About the Image(s)

This image was taken in December 2021 at my wife's family temple. Two images were taken using my mobile Samsung A52 by cha-cha method. Combined the images in SPM and auto aligned. The camera settings were ISO 320, shutter speed 1/50 sec, f/1.8, focal length 5mm Center weighted average. The image was trimmed a little from left side. Auto color adjustment was done using the right image as refernce. A little saturation was increased and denoice using Topaz.

I thought at first that this had been taken in Japan as it is so like the ones we saw there when we visited. Good shot of the entrance and plenty of good stereo, you chose a good viewpoint   Posted: 01/09/2022 16:34:53

Great image and interesting composition. I liked the white walls and red trim.   Posted: 01/10/2022 12:42:53

Nice temple with a lovely front portico. I would have liked to see the tip of the front roof included, and the end of the left slope not on the edge of the image. Maybe by adjusting the camera direction just a tad to include a little more of the left edge tip, it might have cut out some of the white sky in the upper right.

The image has great depth and nice exposure.   Posted: 01/28/2022 12:01:14

An excellent stereo result. I find the bright spot on the corner under the roof slightly distracting, but it isn't uncomfortable. I'd love to see a detail shot of the front of the peak.   Posted: 01/28/2022 12:39:35
