About the Image(s)

This is a prickly pear cactus blossom shot in Las Vegas recently in shaded mid afternoon sunlight. It is a macro phantogram. I shot it with a Panasonic Lumix GX7 using a 3-D lens made for that camera, and as you can see in the original I used frame sides for phantogram processing. As the subject extended over my frame sides I masked out some of the background, creating a nice thru-the-window effect

Barry, this is a very nice Macro phantogram. The pear cactus blossom really stands out in front of the window, with its bright yellow color. Well done.   Posted: 06/02/2021 15:44:15

An excellent stereo but here we come to national acceptances this would not be acceptable in a UK competition   Posted: 06/17/2021 14:24:44

Hi Brian. Not sure what you mean regarding national acceptances. I've learned over the years not to expect much or be disappointed with results of image competitions.   Posted: 06/17/2021 15:30:35
