About the Image(s)

This is a view of my husband working at his woodworking hobby with wood chips flying. I used my Fuji W3 and SPM plus InfanView.

I like it. The camera was fast enough to catch the wood chips flying around. It is rather yellow, but maybe that was the color of his work light. What was he making?   Posted: 06/04/2021 13:53:39

fun image and good stereo incorporating airborne shavings.   Posted: 06/04/2021 16:35:03

Betty, this image has good depth of field. You caught the chips flying very nicely. It looks like he is making a baseball bat.
I used a lathe like this in high school and made a bat.   Posted: 06/11/2021 11:10:41

A good shot of your husband working on his hobby. The yellow lighting will be the tungsten lighting and is easily corrected in Photoshop or by setting your camera if that is possible to tungsten. I suspect the colour temperature is about 3500 and opposed to 5600 Celsius   Posted: 06/17/2021 11:41:18

Nice action shot with the flying chips. Love the chips on his hand and especially his clothes...all of this adds 3D interest. Glad you took a picture of this.   Posted: 06/18/2021 23:24:23

A good action shot. The image has nice 3D effect. The flying chips add interest. I think the image needs white balance correction. I tried with a blue filter in photoshop.   Posted: 06/21/2021 11:21:07
