This is my grandson, Edison. I wanted to do a composite/painting of him. I had an air balloon image and decided to send him up in it. The air balloon basket was painted using the PS oil paint filter. I extracted Eddie from his original image and then hand painted him in PS, using the mixer brushes. I also gave him an aviator helmet and replaced his toy with a globe. This one was fun to paint, and his parents were happy with the creative result.

To be honest, the balloon strings were already set against a blue sky. I just applied the Oil Paint filter to the balloon setting and sky. I was not going to individually paint all the balloon strings. I did add a little bit of "fog" to make it look like Eddie was higher in the clouds. Only Eddie was painted using mixer brushes.
