About the Image(s)

I shot this image of my cat Stormy with my Canon Power Shot SX10IS shortly after I adopted him. He was adjusting to his new home when I caught him hiding. Post-edited with Photoshop Elements to frame and focus.

Awwww, he's looking right at you and he's so cute! I think the upper left corner is a little bright (perhaps a vignette would help darken the edges) but like the texture of the carpet/rug. Since Stormy is the subject I would like to see him a little brighter and sharper (perhaps a little more structure/detail in his fur and eyes?)   Posted: 11/12/2023 20:42:10

Fun moment captured here, Rusty. This is quintessential kitty for sure.

I agree with Robbin about the upper left corner and feel the kitty needs a bit of sharpening. I also did some enhancing of the eyes as that's so important in an animal image. Thoughts?   Posted: 11/17/2023 12:32:19
