About the Image(s)

The turtle was in an open exhibit. I shot the image with all the distractions using the telephoto lens on the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I used Touch/Retouch followed by Snapseed to take out some of the background using the clone tool in Retouch. Cropped and used the dodge and burn brush in Snapseed.

The crop really worked. The turtle has a curmudgeon like look. Very effective, but I don't think he liked you! he looks ticked off.   Posted: 06/03/2021 10:07:27

Great turtle shot. Your edits really help to bring focus to the critter. Those claws are amazing as is that face. Nice shot.

I really like your crop and edit. Great focus on the "grumpy" turtle but then I've never seen a turtle smile 😊. Those claws are impressive.   Posted: 06/10/2021 21:06:45
