About the Image(s)
At the local Farmers Market Saturday sale event i saw this dog who was very interested in all her surroundings. She was having a blast. I thought about including the owner from another frame and decided not to. I shot 105 images at the event to choose this one. Fujifilm XPro3, 60mm lens, ISO 1500, f/10 auto, 1/6000. Monochrome film simulation with a red filter in camera. Post processed in Luminar Neo.

You did a good job capturing this Dog and I like that his paw is halfway raised. I like the crop you did with the owner's legs. I just wish the person on the left wasn't in the shot. The rest of the background is fine and not a ditraction.   Posted: 09/09/2023 14:54:14
Chuck, I agree with Cindy's comments on your happening to catch "the decisive moment" here (the dog's front paw and the owner's right foot raised give a sense of movement and balance). The shadows add interest. You have achieved good tonal range despite the brightness of the light, and nice sharpness in the dog's fur and face. Too bad about the other person behind the dog's tail, but a fun shot!   Posted: 09/11/2023 22:51:28
Agree, it woiuld be neat to clean the background. I was afraid to mess it up too bad trying to erase the gal on the left,
Thanks Cindy and Lorna for your dialog.

Chuck, what a great capture of this happy dog walking along at the market. I don't find the people in the background to be a distraction as you can see from the bag of fruit that it is at a market area so it adds to the story. Fun image.   Posted: 09/19/2023 17:54:36
