About the Image(s)

I liked this ordinary country scene with, in my opinion, interesting foreground, mid-ground and background. I thought there were many interesting details and was fortunate enough to have a great sky that day. I enhanced the details, lighting and contrast. Settings: f/22, 1/100, ISO 180, 26 mm focl length.

Cindy, I love this image. It is just soooooo interesting!!! I feel like like I should blow it up huge and search out its hidden treasures. It is a little contrasty and very sharp but it all works. This almost looks like a monochrome HDR image. Thank you for letting all of us view it.   Posted: 11/08/2021 20:28:06

This image has everything. It is so interesting and tells the story of farming and harvest of the hay. Chiaroscuro is exceptional. Yep, the sky is perfect. A prize winner.   Posted: 11/10/2021 15:30:26

Cindy, I really like this image, too. I love farmland/ranch scenes and you have captured it all. The lines, the sky, the contract and texture. Very nice.   Posted: 11/13/2021 18:05:30

Cindy, I love what you have done with this BW conversion - the detail, the texture, the leading lines, all that there is to take in as we move around the frame. And that perfect sky you have captured! Easy to imagine the smells, the breeze, the sun on our faces - Thanks!   Posted: 11/13/2021 22:58:48

Hi Cindy. You have captured a lot of detail, texture, depth, and feelings of cool, brisk, dryness. There seems to be movement in the sky and stillness in the scene creating a dynamic of uncertainty or impending something like doom/winter(?). Interesting and nicely done.   Posted: 11/19/2021 16:20:06
