I like this very much. The composition is strong and you have great details. I like the softness of the water, conveying motion. I also like that you have an interesting foreground to draw me into the scene and the diagonal flow of the water does the same thing. My only suggestion is to increase the contrast a little.   Posted: 06/10/2021 21:39:27

Well done HDR and conversion to monochrome IMHO. While I am not a fan of fuzzy water this one does work. You have nailed the detail in highlighs.   Posted: 06/13/2021 14:09:44

It is always so interesting to me how a landscape converted to monochrome becomes such a beautiful fine art image. Not that the colour version isn't appealing but there are elements in the BW - the light on the waterfall, the soft ripples in the stream, the textures in the rocks and the trees - that are all slightly overshadowed by the hues in the colour. I do like the moodiness in Cindy's version with the heightened contrast.   Posted: 06/15/2021 18:19:37

I prefer the mono vision. It tends to focus on the falls and the leading up to them better than the color version.   Posted: 06/29/2021 14:47:50
