About the Image(s)
I am working with a friend of mine who after an extended hospitalization forgot most of what he knew about using photoshop and is now relearning and using old images. We came aross this one that he named Lady Ety which he had taken at the south Florida Renaissance Fair about 15 years ago.
When I went to the Renaissance about a month ago, who did I run into but Lady Etty and just had to photograph her "for old times sake".

Thanks so much. I think that those who participate use the same costume every year. I put her into competition for tonight will let you know how she does.   Posted: 05/01/2023 14:27:12
Bev, Great story and a really interesting image. Amazing that she's still participating in the fair. I sort of accepted her teeth as part of who she is now. I do like the catch lights in her eyes softened a bit. Great image. Good luck tonight.   Posted: 05/01/2023 16:44:37
Nicely done, Bev. I like the camera angle you chose. I agree with Mary about the teeth and eyes. What a fun coincidence to run into her.   Posted: 05/02/2023 12:16:46

I kind of agree with Tom about the teeth. It was the first thing I noticed - however it is about who she is I guess. The catch lights were a little stark so taking them down makes it more appealing to me. Interesting subject though - nice job.   Posted: 05/27/2023 15:56:54
