About the Image(s)
When my granddaughter was in the spring play at school, I was fairly far back in the audience using a telephoto lens. I was snapping away as the kids were all following the teacher's moves, and singing a song about being butterflies. Later, when I pulled my photos out of the camera, I realized that my granddaughter must have spotted me and decided to “pose”. The picture made me laugh. Because the auditorium was dark and I was far away, the ISO was high. I processed the photo using Topaz De Noise AI. Nikon D850, 300mm, F5.6, 1/60 sec, ISO 12,800

Thanks Tom. I couldn't decide about cropping it tighter because I wasn't sure if you'd still be able to tell she's a butterfly if too much of the wings were cropped away.   Posted: 08/02/2022 21:19:11
Ditto to Tom's improvement. Was about to do the same thing till I noticed that he beat me to it. Nice image.   Posted: 08/05/2022 08:59:17

What a precocious cutie! Love her pose! I also agree with Tom's edits in getting the distracting background smoothed out. The glare in glasses is always a distraction too. She is a doll and will treasure this capture of her at this time in her life.   Posted: 08/05/2022 16:08:59
