About the Image(s)
Image taken early morning from an observation tower. Wood storks were landing all over. Using a Better Beamer I was able to blow out the background and still illuminate the Wood Stork which was a distance off. Used several filters in photoshop to make it pop.
Equipment Info: Nikon D800, 70-200 F2.8, Manual exposure, F8, 1/1250 of a second and a Better Beamer.

Well done. I like the sharpness and the saturation. It does make the details pop.   Posted: 05/11/2022 11:10:38
Tom, this is a really great capture. The colors and details in the stork are beautiful. The one thing I don't like as much is the white edge around the bird. To me it gives a slight feeling of the bird being pasted onto the background.   Posted: 05/11/2022 15:47:05
Do you think there is any way to not have the white there?   Posted: 05/16/2022 09:28:39
I can always count on you for a great image and this one perfectly fills the bill   Posted: 05/13/2022 21:16:33

I too love this bird image, especially the details on the head.   Posted: 05/16/2022 09:30:20
