About the Image(s)
We visited a museum in Lausanne, Switzerland called Plateforme 10. It was right next to Lausanne railway station which is probably how it got its name. There was an exhibition of textiles. These ladies were browsing when one pointed to something that took her eye but it seemed that her colleague was not interested. I cropped the image, reduced the highlights in the windows and added a little saturation to the colours. Picture was taken at 1/60 sec, f5.6 and ISO 5000.

You caught an interesting moment at this art museum in which one lady is pointing out something about the art piece. Whether or not the other lady is interested is not really important as the interaction between the ladies and the art piece. I wonder if you need all that space on the left side though. I might consider cropping off the left portion up to where the yellow square begins. That way, the lady is pointing directly to the upper left corner.   Posted: 11/01/2023 18:31:39
A nice moment captured with good focus. I like the vastness of the gallery but agree with David's cropping suggestion. I think it will still convey the modern, open feeling of the room. The figures in the background add to the image. Nice job.   Posted: 11/09/2023 08:59:29
The colorful panels of fabric really catch my eye because the lighting is perfect on them. And your saturating the colors is perfect. The lady pointing up to the top makes this image so much more interesting. I might agree with the cropping suggestion also.   Posted: 11/26/2023 12:54:55
I like the story told in the image. The geometric patterns and color of the exhibition was beautiful. The lady with pointed finger is very interesting. And I find the door, windows and outside bright scenes to be distractive.   Posted: 11/27/2023 03:34:29
