About the Image(s)

An example of street photography: A dressed-up dog with a group of carolers. Not set-up or planned. I used an Olympus Tough TG-6, auto and no flash with a touch of editing in Picasa.

This is a sharp image of a dog. It would have been better to have the entire dog in the frame. And, the partial foot in the upper left needs to be cloned out.   Posted: 01/03/2022 06:41:32

Handsome dog! And he is all decked out for the Holidays! I would have preferred to see all of the dog. It's difficult when you take a shot quickly to see that the dog's paw has been cut off. Plus there is a bit too much empty space to the left. He is well exposed and worthy of a photo. Nice job!   Posted: 01/04/2022 16:09:31

Nice focus and exposure. I agree with the comments above that I would have liked to have seen the whole dog in the photo. The cropping is awkward and the portion of the shoe in the top of the photo could be cropped or cloned out. I think that seeing the whole scene of the carolers and the dog would have told the story better.   Posted: 01/05/2022 11:07:46

cute dog, nice quick one!

Ditto with above mentioned, some quickie clone out will do. Happy holiday   Posted: 01/07/2022 12:29:49

Very enjoyable image of the dog and I like its pose. I would have been tempted to remove the part of the foot at the top and maybe also the lead.   Posted: 01/21/2022 03:04:11

The foot at the top of the picture bothered me, too. But I couldn't get rid of it with my editing program.   Posted: 01/23/2022 13:47:50

It is a very nice catch of the moment when the dog is looking at something. I also agree with the opinion that the upper left foot could be cropped out.   Posted: 01/27/2022 01:30:49
