I just want to mention that you can have fun with shots like this with long receding interior walls by flipping and doubling, although it's not quite appropriate to double the red sofa.   Posted: 09/04/2021 13:41:08

Thanks Steven! I love mirrored images of all sorts, HDR, UrbEx, landscapes, flowers, etc.
We have a section in chapter 10 of our book "Create Fine Art Photographs from Historic Places and Rusty Things" that discusses this https://amzn.to/3zYJ2qY   Posted: 09/29/2021 11:06:12

Hi Lisa,
Haha, I did not need to suggest this to you. I very much like your samples of both what I might call "inner flip" and "outer flip." Thanks.   Posted: 09/29/2021 11:54:56

I really love this image. HDR really brought out the details and the juxtaposition of the elegant sofa in the empty, old warehouse is captivating.   Posted: 09/06/2021 12:01:38

Talk about color contrast. That sofa really pops with the green in the windows for counter play. How many different angles did you try for placing the sofa in the frame? Perhaps even more important, who did you get to carry the sofa up there? Nice job. The blend is smooth and the color punchy but the image works well with it that way.   Posted: 09/08/2021 18:35:43

Great question, how did that sofa get there???
The colors really work well and the couch is a great center piece.
Perhaps a little more detail in the floor?
The only thing I might remove is the wire(?) which runs diagonal from the top left.
Cool image overall and great location!   Posted: 09/15/2021 12:44:46

Excellent exposure using 5 images. The color is outstanding not only with the green window area plus an eye-catching sofa. The mirroring the scene suggested and by Stephen also works as a creative image. Your work well reflects the Olympus camera. Using a 1000 ISO shows no evidence of noise. Good work.   Posted: 09/22/2021 15:30:57
