About the Image(s)

Five exposures tone mapped in ACR. The sky was a tough one as the dng
file did not bring out all of the detail in the darkest exposure.

Good crisp details and a smooth blend. I detected a slight halo in some areas. Time to use Photoshop Sky Replacement tool   Posted: 05/10/2021 10:44:16

Fascinating old house. The core blend looks very nice. I am picking up on some cyan fringing in the trees on the right and left. That may tie back to the issue with the dng not handling the darker sky well.   Posted: 05/11/2021 07:10:02

Very cool building and I am sure you shot a bunch including closer up to show the details in the rock. Perhaps it would have been best to pick a composition without the sky to eliminate at the sky issues. Otherwise, the blend looks good and pretty natural. Greens are always a little strong with HDR and could be toned down a little.   Posted: 05/23/2021 09:23:40

This unusually built stone home with the "European Castile" looking like some I saw in Europe on a trip. It has interest in that it is something I haven't seen before and very solid as built. It has excellent details in the small balcony and as said before, the windows.

I actually have nothing against the sky and the greens and blues are usually difficult at times. Other suggestions are good ideas.   Posted: 05/24/2021 14:09:20

Interesting subject. Blending and color tones look so good. Beautiful sky. I like the composition and texture. I just tried to remove the tinge of cyan. I don't know if it made any difference   Posted: 05/31/2021 13:10:35
