About the Image(s)
This image was taken a few days ago at the Palm Beach Zoo. The bird just came up from below, from their food. I cropped the image ,as you can see from the original, the place was crowed, with A Turtle and other birds. I used the Panasonic mirrorless ,and chose the image from about 12 continues pictures,.. which gave me the option to continue to shooting and select the image from about 12 images.

Hi Stuart,
You captured the Ibis in action. I like the original better, without the crop the bird is small in frame. I know it is very difficult to take photos of white subject but I would have liked to see the bird in sharp focus and details on the birds feathers.   Posted: 05/10/2023 16:08:26

Nice attempt, but the whites are way to blown out. I agree with Sarita's comments. Nice attempt though to bring the focus on the bird.   Posted: 05/10/2023 16:18:28
It is out of focus or cropped too tight. The bird is blown out

it's cropped to tight, as you can see by the attached. Im glad that Tom was able to get you on again.   Posted: 05/11/2023 17:34:19
I like the position of the bird in the frame. I would like to see more of his legs. He isn't sharp and is overexposed.   Posted: 05/13/2023 11:59:23
I was taken this with my mirrorless camera. The birds body was under water and this was one of the shots as he came up. The feathers were stuck to him as he surfaced. I agree that it may be out of focus, as the duck was constantly moving. and the Zoo attendant just through in food, which the ducks were diving for. As he was standing in the water, that's all of it's legs you can see.   Posted: 05/15/2023 13:52:14
