About the Image(s)

This image was taken at a flea market in Round Top, Texas a few years ago. I liked the lighting and thought the stack of hats would make a nice composition. Exposure was 1/250 Sec., ISO 400 and F/13. Focal length was 100. I used my Canon 6D and a100mm fixed lens.

A very nice image. I like how the sunlight hits the top part of the hats and the shadows from the top work it way toward the bottom. My only suggestion would be to remove the piece of the hat behind the top of the hat ,behind the center row of hats.   Posted: 05/07/2021 09:39:26

I particularly like the repetition of repetitions. I don't see anything that I would change.   Posted: 05/07/2021 15:10:53

I love this shot. The outside hats being darker really helps.   Posted: 05/10/2021 16:00:24

Very nice shot. I love the lighting and shadows. Very sharp, good composition, and the colors are really good.   Posted: 05/19/2021 15:48:35

I would like to see the top of the hats by framing the image just a little higher. Otherwise, I would not change anything. Excellent photograph.   Posted: 05/26/2021 00:48:27
