About the Image(s)

This is a composite of four photos of mine.
I thought it would be fun to show some friends getting a little too friendly with the local tiger.
All work done in Photoshop. Simple layers

Hi Kathy,
Another fun composite. I think the background blends well. I see you darkened the two men from the original. Since the light source is from the front (shadow of tiger's head on leaf), I would add some more light to the men. Not sure if you have to darken them much as it looks very unnatural in the composite.   Posted: 01/03/2022 10:39:43

Kathy, I enjoy the playfulness of this image. I have done quite a few paste a person on a background, as you can see from this months photos. I have a personal preference for cleaning up the edges and matching the brightness/sharpness etc, unless it is my intention to push things in a different direction. When I zoom in on these men I can see some edge artifacts. Not a big deal at a distance but if you print people will notice it more. I also might pay attention to the lower man as it is nice if you can have his hands interact with the tooth as if they are really holding on to the tooth. This often requires positioning the figure in a different location or erasing part of a hand to sell the reality of the grasp. I realize these are really fussy details which may not matter at all to you but I think they become important if you want your image to be more believable.   Posted: 01/08/2022 11:56:08

what fun! I love resizing people and using 1/4" model train people for composites.

Suggestions...
--clean up the background
--add either more leaves or dark green top left
-- when you select the subject, use the add and subtract at 100 or even 200% to go around the edges
-- blend the tiger fur in
-- add a shadow where the foot meets the tongue
-- make the top man's shirt extend down so the white t-shirt isn't distracting (I love that you can see both of their bellies, makes it more real)
