About the Image(s)

This image was rendered by removing one distracting person from the original, applying a topaz filter and then selectively playing with color to create a colorful path for my friend to enter the magical forrest. I added a smudge to my friends shirt to enhance movement.

I love this Brad! Topaz Filters are so much fun, aren't they?
My only suggestion is to tone down the white area in the bottom center as it keeps attracting my eye.
Otherwise, very good composition and color on this!   Posted: 11/03/2021 14:17:41

Kathy, A good suggestion. It's funny how I was so focused on where he was going I didn't see how the area he was coming from was a bit too bright.   Posted: 11/03/2021 22:58:25

Hi Brad,
The smudge was well done. Very nice color. In addition to the suggestion Kathy made, I would do a context aware fill on the white spots in the sky which would give it a more mysterious darker forest. Maybe try a vertical tighter crop.   Posted: 11/05/2021 08:34:58

I like the path and the smudge adds to the story. The colors and bright and dramatic

i would tone down the whites a the top and very bottom.

Hi Brad, I like the overall treatment and consistency of the texture. In addition to the other comments, I might suggest removing the stick that looks like it's attached to the left side of the sweatshirt. It creates a bit of tension. Otherwise, very nice!
