About the Image(s)
The fall season and holidays are here and I thought this image would work for this month. A FF camera was used with a 70-200mm lens @ 70mm, F16, shutter @ 11 seconds, ISO 100. Ambient, room light used - no flash. The image was sharpened, made sure it was straight (and it was right out of camera…so no adjustments needed there), added a slight vignette, added a small grey stroke, crop and called it done.

Quite perfectly done and a gentle and pleasing composition. Definitely one of your finer images.   Posted: 11/08/2023 18:01:20
Ella - I agree with Nick - perfection in terms of arrangement, lighting and processing. I bet it is also stunning in colour.   Posted: 11/13/2023 04:53:55
Even more stunning in colour - more impact than the mono version IMO.   Posted: 11/13/2023 06:52:27
Ella,
In the B&W version it is the lighting that captured my attention. In the color version the light on the green grapes are what capture me. Both images are beautiful. Susan   Posted: 11/13/2023 18:42:42

Ella, another super still life image.
This one is truly excellent.
I also find the colour version to be excellent.

Breathtaking. The composition is just perfect! I very much like this image as a B&W. The light and shadow is what is going on here. Mono accenuates that. I must admit I liked the grapes better in color. My eye goes to the grapes, up the bottle and then to the glass. Thank you for this deloghtful visual journey.   Posted: 11/17/2023 08:19:08

Ella, a very sensuous image. The shapes are wonderful so is the lighting. I like both color and B&W versions. I would like this on my wall.   Posted: 11/29/2023 13:49:44
