Nice action shot I would crop more from top
I would prefer to see backs of third group of men with a little space behind them

This is a great action shot! The position of the paddlers, all in unison, the splash of the water, they all show the strength and power that is put into this team activity. Best of all, for me, is that the drummer is so engaged as well! The image is fine as it is, but I do have a crop suggestion that will place more visual emphasis on the drummer. I used a radial gradient in LR to draw more light and therefore more attention to the drummer. I also reduced the saturation on the water. Also, to bring more attention to the subject.
