Ron, yes you did capture the intensity on your fellow photogs. Maybe in Pelouse? Never been there myself. Good depth of field. I wonder if you considered cropping the gray sky or using Ps to replace the sky to get some clouds in there? If cropping I would bring crop all the way down to the tree tops. The buildings are already cropped so no loss there but a bald sky should always (IMO) be removed, it distracts from your subjects.   Posted: 05/10/2022 10:28:37

Hi Ron, I am with Bob regards cropping and the sky and I would probably butcher everything down to the canola. You have certainly captured the intensity. I wonder if you had stepped to the left if you could have got a better separation of the back two photographers.   Posted: 05/11/2022 06:38:36

Very nice documentary image - nice and sharp, and great colours. I agree that the sky should likely be darkened just a bit, to avoid the eyes being drawn away from the main subject. The partial buildings should also be removed - but not a big issue if it is to be a strictly a documentary picture. However I would suggest that the view that the photographers have should be extended - too close to the right frame, my opinion. Took the liberty to give you an idea what it might look like - forgive the sloppy 'content-aware' adjustment - don't use it much. Anyway, another version for consideration.   Posted: 05/11/2022 13:22:37

This looks like a photo workshop image with photographers lined up to take the same shot. I agree with the cropping suggestions and like Gunter's version which gives more space in front of the photographers. Nice color makes a great background.   Posted: 05/12/2022 16:17:19
