About the Image(s)

Since I haven’t been taking many new images, I’ve been playing with old ones. The yellow bike is a retired image in PID-C and was taken in Oberammergau, Germany on an Alpine tour. I use Roll World and Circular on my phone/iPad. I can change the color in Circular and did in this case. I got a variety of images including some that show the bike more clearly. In Circular, I can keep adding to the number of projections, but almost always make it an odd number. I always learn from and appreciate your comments and suggestions.

Fantastic vision Judy to create this beautiful Abstract. Down the road I should look into those options for phone photos, however, a beautiful & colorful original image is necessary to start with and you have a beauty here.   Posted: 06/06/2021 12:54:15

An attention-grabber, for sure. I find Abstracts to be more subjective than other genres - as they are mostly the result of the makers imagination. I had a difficult time to relate the title to what I see. The image is compositional and technically flawless, and my appreciation of the image is really not all that important, as long as for you it's a winner.   Posted: 06/08/2021 09:39:42

I thought on first look that this was a light painting project. It is very pretty and colorful, but I think I would like to see the ones where the bicycle is more evident. I love your original image and would like to see more of it in this.   Posted: 06/08/2021 09:47:02

Hi Judy
Wow now that grabbed my attention glad you put the original up I would have been scratching my head for weeks wondering what it was, but would have still loved it.   Posted: 06/16/2021 16:34:36

I think my favorite parts of this image are the rectangular flowers. There is no way anyone who hasn't seen the original would know/guess that they were looking at a bicycle leaning against a flower-topped stone wall. The original is a terrific image also.   Posted: 06/17/2021 13:26:33
