About the Image(s)
This is actually, almost, the way I found these leaves in my back yard. I did use a little generative expand to complete the leaves that went beyond the right hand frame and cropped the extra on the left side, but the beech tree leaves had spent the winter on the stump. Processed in LrC and sharpened with noise reduction in Topaz Photo Ai. Shot at iso 1250,310 mm and 1/100 sec @ f7.1. No tripod.

An interesting documentary picture. Technically very well done - like the out of focus background. Attractive, true to life colours.   Posted: 10/08/2024 15:27:35

Thanks Gunter. It's possible I also saw it in a non-documentary way. Stay tuned.   Posted: 10/08/2024 15:37:59

I love the texture of the stump and the detail of the leaves. Nice depth of field to blur the background.   Posted: 10/08/2024 18:51:21

Different from your usual. Good texture and color. Background is handled well. Many would not take such a picture because we hear plants should be "perfect specimens", but I don't agree. Nice image.   Posted: 10/23/2024 17:37:08
