About the Image(s)

This image was taken at the Missouri Mine Museum at sunset 6/12/2021. Once again we called on Jessie to be our model, we just gave her a simple idea at let her run with it.

Tech stuff:

Nikon Z6

1/100

F9

ISO100

200mm

Nikkor24-200

Reflector was used to help light her and separate her from the background plus bring out the rust color, and add catch light in her eye.

I always like your portraits. You do a great job with your subjects. Well done. I need to get more comfortable with directing the model. Beautiful portrait   Posted: 07/21/2021 11:47:08

Deborah,
Thank you. Learning to direct models and people in general have been challenge for me to do as I am introvert by nature.   Posted: 07/23/2021 15:35:37

What a lovely model, and I like the skin tones sunset. You might consider a crop of some of the top background? Smart use of a reflector. Well-done.   Posted: 07/24/2021 01:19:19
