About the Image(s)

This image was taken a few years ago in the Spring while on a tour to San Francisco. I shot handheld with Sony a-6000 using a Sony 16-50mm f/3.5~5.6 lens and selected the mode dial on A(Aperture Priority). Camera settings were 1/160sec, ISO-100, f/11 at focus length of 44mm. Processed the image in LR and photoshop CS4.

A nice sharp image of the Golden Gate Bridge. The only thing that throws off the image are the trunks of bother trees on the angle. What I did was to add a small white frame around the image. (3pix) This is what I have.   Posted: 05/09/2021 12:13:01

A unique image of the Golden Gate Bridge. Good colors and sharpness. Like the tree trunks as the frame....   Posted: 05/13/2021 11:30:16

The image has great color, sharpness and light. I like the framing of the bridge by the trees and the cropping. I am bothered by the leaning towers of the bridge. I took it into Lightroom and used the guides in the transform tool to straighten them. The result is in the thumbnail.   Posted: 05/20/2021 13:10:37

This is a wonderfully creative view of the bridge. I like the way you evened out the tones on the trees and cleared away the distractions in the sky. I agree that, even though the change is almost unnoticeable, Eric's eagle eye for tilted lines makes the photo even better.   Posted: 05/21/2021 18:07:36
