Love rodeos. Backgrounds are always a problem here but I liked the cowboy's position on the pony. I tried to isolate the pair by fogging then background and sharpening the image. I shot this on the fly with a telephoto lens and did not have a real solid footing.

Yes Al, you do have a good image of the rider and the horse. Additionally, the horse has all four hoofs off the ground. I think that to make them stand out more, you need to darken and blur the background more, including the red fence and writing. However, I wonder if you are willing to spend the time needed to selecting the rider and the horse. Posted: 09/14/2023 18:12:10
